MemoraFlow is a membership management platform designed for gyms, studios, clubs, and any organization that manages recurring memberships. We help you track members, manage plans, record payments, and send timely reminders — all in one place.

a) Information you provide

  • Business name, owner name, email address, and phone number when you register
  • Member details you add: names, contact numbers, plan assignments, join dates, and payment records
  • Subscription and billing information for your MemoraFlow account
  • Messages you send us via email or WhatsApp

b) Information collected automatically

  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
  • Error logs and performance data to improve reliability

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the MemoraFlow platform
  • To send member reminders, expiry alerts, and plan notifications on your behalf
  • To process payments for your MemoraFlow subscription
  • To respond to your support requests via email or WhatsApp
  • To improve platform features and fix bugs
  • To send you product updates, new features, or important notices (you can opt out)
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Your Members' Data

Member data you enter into MemoraFlow (names, contacts, payment history) belongs to you. We act only as a data processor for this information. We do not sell, share, or use your members' data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your members to store and process their information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your members' data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) strictly to operate MemoraFlow, under confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure data storage, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution to keep your information safe.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
